The name was created from our wish for every client to feel confident, youthful, healthy, and naturally radiant for years to come. Founded by owner Kumiko, who first trained in permanent makeup techniques in Los Angeles in 2001, BELLUTE began as a specialized cosmetic tattoo studio in Hollywood, California in 2017, focusing on the latest generation of natural permanent makeup artistry. In November 2019, the studio expanded and relocated to Torrance as BELLUTE Beauty Studio, where Kumiko and partner artist Yuko continue to offer refined, modern cosmetic tattoo services with a focus on artistry, precision, and natural beauty. Rather than the traditional “filled-in” permanent makeup style, BELLUTE specializes in advanced techniques such as microblading, nano brows, microshading, and custom 3D brow artistry. By combining delicate hair strokes, soft shading, and the latest innovations in cosmetic tattooing, we create results that are natural, dimensional, and beautifully personalized. Modern micro and nano cosmetic tattooing is a new generation of permanent makeup designed to enhance rather than overpower. Using fully sterilized disposable tools, pigment is carefully implanted into the skin stroke by stroke for an ultra-natural appearance. Our signature brow techniques recreate the look of real hair with softness and depth, while our eyeliner services use modern lash enhancement methods that subtly define the eyes by filling between the lashes. The result is fuller-looking lashes and naturally enhanced eyes without harsh or obvious makeup. From soft natural definition to winged or more dramatic liner styles, every design is customized to suit the individual. At BELLUTE, we use only premium-quality pigments and equipment sourced from trusted manufacturers in the United States, Europe, and other leading countries in the cosmetic tattoo industry.
